Jimmy works on a space freighter. His job usually involves piloting the ship through vast empty boring space. The company he works for has discovered a new plant that can generate usable energy. Jimmy and his crew are dispatched to retrieve as many of these Pando plants as they can. Everyone views this journey as a great adventure. But Jimmy soon comes to understand that boring is sometimes a lot better than exciting.
